We find a lot of properties in Torbay have tired looking 1970s or 1980s tile cladding with little to no insulation behind them. In addition to the loss of heat this can make your home drafty and create cold spots. We remove and recycle the old cladding, then insulate the hollow space with Cellotex insulation, then cover with a breathable weatherproof membrane before fitting the new cladding over the top.
